For over ten years Kevin Case has played several key roles in the successful development of Thomas Enterprises and its related companies. Kevin's expertise in site development, construction/finance, master-planning and development oversight uniquely qualify him to carry the ball for the firm during the critical phases of development. From "concept to completion," Kevin and his staff consistently deliver on the company's promises to its customers, our tenants.
As Senior Vice President of Development, Kevin is charged with the managing and overseeing the master-planning, pre-development processes, the pre-planning of construction, project design and aesthetics, the construction phase and the project completion and closeout phases. Under his direction, Kevin and his staff guide, direct and coordinate the architects, engineers, consultants and contractors that serve the firm in any given development. Mr. Case has extensive project development and construction experience in the retail, office and manufacturing facility arenas and, at Thomas alone, Kevin has directed over $1 billion in development. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University and is involved with many professional affiliations and professional real estate groups.
